Is the school profile free?+
Yes. Basic is free and includes a school logo and one additional photo. Videos are not included. Document uploads require an active Standard or Premium plan.
Who can claim a school?+
An authorised representative can submit a claim. You’ll be asked for your role and information that supports your connection to the school.
Can I start editing immediately?+
School management access begins after your claim is approved. You can track its status in your account while it is reviewed.
What if another person already manages the school?+
The claim flow will identify an existing account or claim. Use the support option rather than creating a duplicate school profile.
Can I change the page design later?+
Yes. Your school workspace offers Directory, Classic, Modern and Kindergarten templates.
